Add the optional 30-Day Warranty to your order for extra peace of mind. It extends your coverage against manufacturing defects — such as loose or unraveling stitching, damaged straps or fasteners, faulty plush arms or boxing gloves, or defects with the Barkweight Champ™ Boxing Dog Costume — for a full 30 days from delivery.
If your Barkweight Champ™ Boxing Dog Costume arrives faulty, or a component fails under normal use within that period, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just contact us with your order number and a quick photo or video, and our team will take care of it.
The warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing faults only. It does not cover chewing damage, rough play, incorrect sizing, deliberate damage, or normal wear and tear.
How do I wash it?
Very easy! First, remove any detachable accessories or removable costume pieces if applicable.
Hand wash the main costume in cold water with a mild detergent, then gently squeeze out excess water — do not wring it. Hang or lay it flat to air dry.
The plush boxing arms, gloves, printed details, and stitching should be handled gently to help maintain their shape and colour. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, or use hot water.
For quick clean-ups between wears, simply wipe any dirty areas with a damp cloth. Once fully dry, your pup’s Barkweight Champ™ costume is ready for the next round. 🥊🐶

Will it actually fit my dog?
Barkweight Champ™ is designed for small to medium-sized dogs, with multiple sizes available to suit breeds such as Pomeranians, Shih Tzus, Yorkies, Chihuahuas, Maltese, Toy Poodles, Dachshunds and similar breeds.
The costume is designed to sit comfortably around your dog’s body without restricting normal movement. If your dog is between sizes, use the size chart and chest measurement as your main guide before ordering.
What if my dog hates wearing it?
The Barkweight Champ™ costume is lightweight and designed for short, comfortable wear. Most dogs settle into it quickly, especially when treats and positive reinforcement are involved.
Some dogs may need a few minutes to get used to the plush boxing arms and gloves. If your dog seems uncomfortable or stressed, simply remove the costume and try again later.
What if it arrives faulty or doesn’t fit?
If your Barkweight Champ™ arrives with a manufacturing fault, missing component or damaged stitching, contact us with your order number and a clear photo or video of the issue so our team can help.
For sizing issues, please refer to our return policy and contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Is the costume safe for my dog?
Barkweight Champ™ is made to be worn as a costume for supervised use. The fabric and plush components are soft and lightweight, but the costume contains attached accessories such as the fake boxing arms and gloves.
It is a costume, not a chew toy. Always supervise your dog while they are wearing it and remove it before sleeping, crate time or rough play.
Can I actually walk my dog in it, or is it just for photos?
Both! Barkweight Champ™ is perfect for photos, parties, walks, boxing events, Halloween, backyard fun and short outings.
The costume is designed for novelty wear rather than long exercise sessions, so we recommend keeping wear periods reasonable and removing it if your dog becomes hot, tired or uncomfortable.
